1 General Introduction and Acceptance

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

• Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on bet21 can be made using popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. This minimum limit applies to all payment methods.

When making a deposit, the account holder must ensure they are using a payment method registered in their own name. Depositing from another person's mobile wallet is strictly prohibited and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious activity.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

For a withdrawal to be processed, the account's identity verification must be complete and all applicable wagering conditions must be met. If there is an active bonus balance, withdrawal may not be possible until the wagering on that bonus is completed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

bet21 will not be responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect information provided during a transaction. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure the correct mobile number and transaction details are used.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — that is, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagering must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• Winnings earned from a bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions are met.
• bet21 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Attempts to claim bonus benefits fraudulently may result in the account being closed.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

bet21's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold and 1.2% for Platinum. Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for that week.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 General Rules of Play

All gaming and betting activities on bet21 are conducted on the basis of fair play. Specific rules apply to each category — slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and sports betting — and these are described on the relevant game pages.

5.2 Technical Errors and Disputes

If the result of a game is affected by a server disruption or software technical error, bet21 reserves the right to void that round or restart it. Incorrect payments made as a result of an error may be corrected at a later time.

5.3 Misconduct and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions through multiple accounts.

5.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Specific odds and conditions apply when betting on cricket, football and other sports. If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is returned to the account, though this may vary depending on the type of match and market. For multi-bets, if one selection becomes void, the overall bet calculation will be revised accordingly.

6 Responsible Gaming and Self-Limits

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of the Terms will always be considered the authoritative version.
